Would a life coach help?

I have found my life turned upside down over the last year when a close relative became ill and died leaving me to run his business.

I have gone from doing admin type office work to being outside and managing a not insignificant sized business. I've had to learn a lot and quickly.

The business has to be closed down, there isn't an option to continue it.

I have inherited quite well and don't really have to go back to work as I was before if I don't want to. I do want to work and do like being busy. I'm 46 with grown up kids.

The trouble is I don't really know what to do. I know I love being outside, I love working for myself and all the freedom it brings and I love having a challenge. I do know I don't want to go back to sitting at a desk all day working for someone else.

I am wondering if a life coach could help with this? Or is a life coach more for people who know what they want to do but don't know how to achieve it?
