I'm currently pregnant with my second baby and I am beyond exhausted. So fed up of being short staffed on our ward and running round like a mad woman all day. I really need a change of scenery or even career. Has anyone moved out of nursing or the acute side? If so, what do you do now and is life easier? I don't see how I'm going to cope and have the energy to do my job and raise 2 under 2...
