Lots of gaps on cv

I’m really worried because I am unemployed and have lots of gaps on my cv.

I had a job for two years that’s was low pay but good experience , it was highly stressful I.e lot of daily abuse and I didnt feel safe, I so I left . My mum said I was in a real bad state . I took some time to recover then got another temp job (very stressful and I got bullied ) I just left it . At both jobs people have left with nervous break downs , so although I suffer with my mental health I’m not the only one.

I just feel hopeless . I suffer with anxiety and depression and regret being in these types of jobs . I want a less stressful job .

Is anyone going to take me on with these gaps ? I can’t seem to catch a break . I’m so worried as the current climate is not great .

When you did the last 2 jobs was your attendance good? I'm wondering about what type of reference they'll give.
You could explain gaps as self-study and travel.
Try for a job which you will find easy - no timescales, no pressure to be accurate, no complex teamwork required where your role affects others and vice versa. Once you get it, turn up everyday, regardless of whether you are having a bad MH day (if possible of course - not to make yourself ill). It helps to have coping methods at hand and practised.
In a year's time your CV will be looking a lot better and you can start looking around again if you wish.
If you can tell us your qualifications/hobbies and experience we might be able to suggest job ideas.
Try to get something before October, as that is when a large number of new candidates are likely to come on the market.
