Shared Parental Leave Pay

I'm considering ending my mat leave after 26 weeks then my partner would take 13 weeks SPL immediately after, I have a few questions. I have worked for my employer since 2013, and definitely meet the earnings test. My partner has worked for her employer since May 2019 one zero hours basis but has done some hours every week she has worked there.

If I was 25w pregnant (exactly) on Sun 8 March, do the qualifying weeks for ShPP go from Mon 13 Jan to Sun 8 March?

Does my partner need to have earned an average of £120pw in those weeks?

Are these weeks used to calculate eligibility as well as the 90% earnings? She works part time so the 90% would be less than the set amount.

If my partners SHPP policy states, "13 weeks full pay in addition to the balance of any statutory payments you are entitled to" does that mean if she took 13 weeks she would get full pay plus ShPP so basically 190% pay?
