Hi, We use voice activated headphones at work , it’s picking in a warehouse. I have tinnitus with hearing loss so have to have them on their highest setting and I’ve noticed on my day off mid week and weekend my tinnitus is becoming really loud, it does calm down a little by Sunday . Is there anything I can do to ensure I’m not damaging my ears I’m mid 50 s . Thanks

I'd get in touch with Occupational Health about any adjustmenet that can be made e.g. noise-cancelling headset that means you can have the volume lower.

Remember once you start noticing your tinnitus it will seem louder esp at home where its quieter. Stress can also raise blood pressure and make tinnitus louder.
