Formal grievance after leaving job?

Hi
I’ve had so many problems with my former employer.

I was made redundant, I had done a tonne of training through my employer and never paid a penny for it! I did make a complaint but this was last year and felt intimidated and bullied into not taking it any further..! Is it too late to make another complaint about this or am I better off reporting to hmrc in the hope that they can do something. It’s not so much about the money, they treat the staff so badly they’re all really overworked and made to do unpaid training after working hours..it’s awful and everybody seems to scared to speak up x

The day I left one of my jobs I posted a long letter of complaint to the senior manager. I didn't have the balls to do it before. Everything was investigated, I received a formal report upholding all complaints and what they were going to do in the future. I read it once then ripped it up and burnt it. I never bother to put it on my CV any more. Im do confident now I have no worries about brining up issues, wish I had the same confidence 14 years ago!
