Maternity secondment

I've been asked to cover for a leave maternity secondment, a period of 12 months.

Do you change your email footer? And how do you word it

For context I'm going from a minion to a manager role but obviously I'll drop back to minion after 12 months

I guess you could put acting, but I would give your new job title and not mention the secondment - presumably you're working at the level of the full role for the next year.
