Help needed with job application question... Any ideas?

Ok, so I'm doing an online job application for an office admin/business support type of role and they want very specific, detailed answers. The following question has got my stuck. I probably have plenty of example but just can't think right now and the deadline is tomorrow so I'm desperate to submit the application:

Question is:
What abilities to operate and develop manual and electronic office systems do you have?

Do you ladies have any ideas of what I can say?

Well do you have any skills in this area.

I assume they mean filing and paperless.

So it’s things like setting up folders and granting and maintaining access, doing regular reviews of what’s current so they don’t become over loaded with materials, ensuring a simple system so documents can be located, moving to archives for a specific period

And then manually storing hard copies where required, for data retention purposes but ensuring documents are scanned and stored electronically.

Lastly ensuring paperless, inc the scanning storing and management.
