Audio typing

I've been invitied for an interview where audio typing will be an occasional part of the role.
Last time I did audio typing was quite a few years ago. Will this go against me?
Haven't used the skill for about 15 years, is it easy to pick up again? Feel rusty :)

I've done audio typing for 25 years, only stopped when I changed jobs earlier this year.

I think it all depends how good the person is who is dictating! I've worked for awful, awful dictators, shuffling papers so you can't hear what they are saying, mumblers, those that assume you know everything and dictate the bare minimum etc etc

The actual task of audio typing is easy, you just put your foot on a foot pedal and stop and start as you type, it's a very easy thing to do if you can touch type.
