After a period on furlough, both my colleague and I are getting made redundant. I am on 1 month notice, she is on 3. Having compares notes, I am being paid holiday but they are making her take holiday during the notice period instead of paying it. As far as I understand it, they are allowed to make employees take holiday but does anyone know if it's OK for two employees to be treated differently like this?
