A/L help!

Hi I'm wondering if anyone can help with A/L calculation please.

Working 4 days per week 1st April-31st July then 3 days per week 1st Aug - 31st March.

Allocation is 5 weeks. How many day would the above work our pro-rata please?

2 different managers coming up with 2 different answers!

Without bank holidays you would have 16.6days

16.67 days. If bank holidays aren't included they need to be pro rata'd too

What’s the full time entitlement when bank holidays are included?

It should be 33 including b/h if 25 days are annual leave

If you mean 25 + 8 bank holidays, total of 33, it should be as follows:

On 4 days a week, that would be 26.4 days a year, 8.8 days for 4 months.

On 3 days a week, that would be 19.8 days a year, 13.2 for 8 months.

13.2 + 8.8 = 22 days total, inclusive of bank holidays.
