I've been doing some work for another company, via my current employer. The other company has now asked me if I'd be interested in working for them directly, all the time.
The T&Cs for both places are very similar. The money may be slightly better at the new place.
The new company has a bit less pressure than my current place.
I like the people at both companies. I've been at my current place for 5+ years so a bit apprehensive about moving. My gut is saying move but I'm doubting myself as there's not much between them on paper!
Any advice please?
