I start the NHS as HCA in 2 weeks

I was told someone would contact me with days Im working, nobody has, and no mention of a uniform either. Do I contact them or wait until someone contacts me. I have waited 2 weeks since I was told my start date, but not what time, ward or where to go, help.
This is my first job in 5 years so unsure what to do. Sorry I seem clueless but I'm panicking they've forgotten me.
