Careers advice- for someone with varied experience at senior level

Hi there
I wanted to ask if anyone had an tips on how to get careers advice if you’ve been in a career for sometime and reached a relatively senior level.

I would like to speak to a careers adviser who could give an honest appraisal of the types of jobs I could be applying to in the future.

I’ve been through a bit of a tough time and lost confidence/self esteem so want to get a better idea of what my options might be. I have a lot of varied and up to date experience so would really appreciate any tips anyone might have on where to get credible advice and guidance.

Bump for you. In a similar situation and wished I had a mentor. One idea I had was to talk to recruitment consultant at a reputable agency as they should have their finger on the pulse.
