Hello, so I applied for senior on-boarding specialist role in HR operations at Amazon. I'm currently working as a customer service associate for the same company.
Can you people please help me know more about Sr. On-boarding specialist and what they expect? How am I going to be interview and what would be the questions likely.
Thank you in advance.

No idea about the job I'm afraid. Did you not know what it involves before applying? I would seriously research the role (not on mums net), maybe try and talk to someone in the company in that role, ask to shadow someone for an afternoon etc. I would consider what they may think the biggest challenges are to a person in that role, maybe think about how you can describe your HR experience and it's relevance to this job once you know what it is.
Then the usual interview questions: team players, strengths weaknesses etc
