Relocate to Australia jobs

We lived in Australia for two years whilst travelling and as much as we would like to move there we couldn’t due to planning a family and I would have for my parents not to be around there grandchildren.
I know of companies that work in the UK and Australia where they may be asked to relocate for a year or two. Does anyone know anyone who has done this or what companies do it?

Mercer, Aon, KPMG...a lot of the big corporates will sometimes offer secondments. However, they will usually require you to be in the role in your home country (UK) for a minimum period before considering you for any secondment opportunities.
