Redundancy whilst on maternity

Likelihood is I will be made redundant next month, I'm 6 months in to maternity leave.

My company is making approximately 50% of their positions redundant. I have been offered an alternative role but it is at a location I can not get to and so have volunteered for redundancy.

HR are not responding, they are inundated I expect. We need to remortgage very soon!

I took my company's enhanced maternity scheme. Conditions are that I must pay back this money if I do not return to work for 6 months post maternity.
Will I have to repay this if they make me redundant?

Will I be entitled to the remainder of my statutory maternity pay?

In terms of enhanced pay, that is dependent on the terms and conditions of the scheme. It is common for any requirement to pay it back in the event of leaving employment to have an exception made for redundancy, as this is obviously not the employee's decision. However if the policy doesn't specify that exception you'll have to ask the question.

SMP yes you will get the rest of it.
