Made a bullying complaint

I have made a bullying complaint about a colleague . Can’t do any more than I can do, I’ve done it and just carrying on but not working with him. Some of my team mates haves said he is ‘renowned bully’ has done it ‘six times’ and ‘people have left because of it ‘. Some of those people have made informal complaints I believe .

Do informal complaints count in the overall picture ? People have been too scared before now I believe .

He is a real bit of work , but it’s public sector , been there 15 years ( he has ).

I will likely leave soon as this is temp work and it’s hellish job anyway . BUT I really hope some of this is addressed.

Other people's complaints are not normally taken into consideration. It is your situation and your grievance they will look at. Other people's opinions and experiences only count if they are witnesses to your experiences. I would say that if he's done it several times and nothing has changed then its best to get out and go somewhere else.
