Has anyone had any experience of this? How did you find it?
I'm a theatre nurse but have been offered a DN job either nights or days, I'm erring on nights as it will mean I won't have to take the pay drop due to unsocial hours enhancements (I'm moving from private)
I have done nights in the past, so understand that in itself is challenging but any insight into what it is like when district nursing would be appreciated!
