PGCE but no NQT

Hi all.
I completed my PGCE over ten years ago but didn’t go into a teaching job due to life circumstances at the time and not feeling I could give it my all . Worked in various roles since, including 16-19 training and have now been a TA for over 3 years. I feel ready to look back into teaching, but how would I do this? Would I need to redo some formal education? Could I apply as an NQT? Where could I get this advice from?
Thanks

A quick Google suggests you have to pass your NQT year within 5 years of finishing PGCE.

There’s no longer a time limit on it unless you’re doing supply. They suggest if you’ve been out of it completely and want to go back then to do voluntary work but I’ve been in a school since 2016.

Post on the staff room board. What’s your subject? If you’re a shortage one I expect it will be much easier!
