Can anyone shed any light on what to expect.... 2 part interview, values based and then a technical panel.
It’s a senior leadership role which does involve child safeguarding, also requires IT literacy and using data insights, however this would be minimal.
What kinds of questions might I expect? What would you refresh knowledge on? Do you think it will be safeguarding focussed? (They wanted a social worker, I am not a social worker, however I bring everything but and then some which presumably is why I’ve been shortlisted)
