Bank holidays and Covid 19

Hi so I work for the nhs and they have cancelled bank holidays 2 x for April and 2 x for May. We are being told we cannot have this entitlement so 4 x worth of bank holiday in hours back onto our leave ? Surely this isn't right ? My union say that bank holiday entitlement is contractual and therefore any change is breach of contract ? Work are being shitty. Other nhs staff in the locality are having the hours refunded. Acas is also clear on this

If they are adding them back onto your entitlement then you arent losing out.

You haven't lost them you still have them and they're added onto your holiday entitlement not a problem
