Hi all,
I'm sure there's a lot of ppl in this boat currently and I'd be great duo of some advice/help.

I'm due back to work soon after maternity leave, I work in admin in a docs surgery and they are not working safely like other surgeries.

The reception are not wearing any form of protective gear-not even gloves. The doors should be closed and video or phone calls made to most oaitients unless having injections etc at our the doors are open and paitients are still coming in, there's nothing out in place upstairs to keep everyone two meters apart, the managers buggered off home to work from home and let the rest of us get on with it and probably catch this awful virus.

Where do I stand? Can I report this to someone? It's disgraceful

Are you in a union? Is there a professional body that you can report to? Sorry, I'm not sure specifically on surgeries. Are there any medical staff on site? I am surprised that they are happy with it if so, have you spoken to them about your concerns? Sorry you're dealing with this, it's stressful enough going back after maternity leave.
