Virgin 8 week unpaid help

I’m trying to get my head around this, reading around does it mean they are still paying monthly but a reduced amount for 6 months to cover it? Or no payment for 8 weeks at all?

Are you a Virgin member of staff? If the correspondence you’ve had isn’t clear you’ll have to go back to HR or your manager or something, not ask on here,
