Hi, my husband was due to start a new job on 1st April but because of the current situation with covid 19 he has been told they have to withdraw the offer of employment. His current employer cannot offer any financial help via the government because he resigned. Is there any financial help out there for anyone in this position? I am self employed and my income has gone to zero which isn't helping but my husband's wages are the main source of our income. We have managed to get 3 months mortgage holiday which is a huge help but with zero household income we're still going to be in serious trouble. If anyone has any helpful advice it's very much appreciated at this very stressful time.
