My main job is shut but am being paid, my other small job (high street non essential) are saying I have to go work in another store 13 miles away I would have to use public transport, there saying if I refuse I will have to go unpaid. I would work if it was open in my local store but the thought off public transport doesn't fill me with glee. Would I be unreasonable to refuse ?

Morally no, but in employment law terms, yes.

Check to see if there is a mobility clause in your contract or if your place of work is fixed.
