I have a competency based interview tomorrow for a job I really want and think I'd really enjoy. The few people that know I've applied have all said they think it's a job I'd do well so I'm under pressure tomorrow.
I know my competencies inside out and excel in my current job. This role is with the same employer but in a very different department although there are still some transferable skills.
It's been just over 16 years since I last interviewed, are there any tips to help me do well?
