Hospitality industry and Covid 19

DH is the manager of one hotel in a small chain of country hotels and has just been told that as of Thursday, the hotels will all close for a minimum of two weeks and DH and all his colleagues will not be paid for this period. If you work in the industry too and are finding yourself lost, please use this thread to vent and rant, or seek advice.

Dil works for Dakota hotels, she has had her hours reduced by 75%. Fortunately DS is In transport and working hard to get food into shops, so they will manage, just.

I know, it's just so awful. DH now been told the two weeks unpaid has been extended to four weeks so we too will struggles. Hope things pick up soon!
