Operations Manager for well known organisation

How did you work your way up to be operations manager?

Lawyer.

Global head of IT for a well known global satellite broadcast provider.

Sorry op just seen your post. I did a post grad management sceheme for a bank when i first graduated. Hated it but it taught me alot in a short space of time but almost had a breakdown at 24...left and started working in a contact centre for about 15% of the wage I was on previously. 5 months later started working in the complaints team. 1 year later became a team manager and now 4 years later am ops manager.

Private specialised therapist for a family with severly disables child.

Senior manager in compliance and risk based role for a global company.

Senior lecturer at a university

I'm a SAHM for my nearly 2 year old.

Operations Manager. Currently on maternity leave but going back to work after Easter! Looking forward to getting back into a routine but also dreading the early mornings!
