Sick pay and holiday

Hi just after some advice, I have been signed off sick for 8 weeks and during that time I was due to be off on holiday for one week. My manager agreed that this holiday would be carried over into next years holiday allowance.
I have checked my time sheet and have noticed that I have been put down as holiday in the middle of my sick leave. Im worried now because it will count as two sicknesses on my record and also I have lost my holiday.
Can my employer do this?

It's probably an oversight, have a conversation. You can suspend sick pay to take leave (normally done when paid entitlement to sick pay is exhausted) but that has to be done by mutual agreement.

I did speak to her last week and she told me she would change it to sick pay but hasn't. Im more worried about it counting as two sickness because the first 3 days don't get paid which means now I will get 6 days unpaid.
