Posting on behalf of a friend.
My DF (40yrs married happily and has kids) works at a lab, there is this guy(30yrs married) who is harrassing her from day 1, takes pictures of her, says aww you are looking beauitiful, can we spend the weekened together, comments how sexy she is etc etc. DF complained him to HR but he got away and now he is creating a drama and telling everyone that she is after him. unfortunately she doenst have any evidence against him. She is really struggling mentally bcoz of himand dreads going to work. ladies please advise. what else can she do to sort this guy?
