Does anyone or have you worked for Mind?

Am trying to guage the feel of the organisation from the inside as I am considering a role there but review sites such as Glassdoor are not overly complementary. The official annual reports etc look great but I wonder about pressures once you’re there, both internally and because there are presumably many more people needing support than there is time to give it.

Is it National MIND or a local one. Local ones are managed locally by a Management Comittee and although affiliated and monitored by Mind are independent. They can vary hugely from large county wide organisations to small with just a few employees. FWIW, i worked for a local Mind and very much enjoyed it.
