I told w work early on I was pregnant as my job can involve heavy lifting. They have put me on a slightly different department which can still involve heavy lifting but much less of an issue. However despite me asking 3 times they still haven't done a risk assessment although they keep saying they will.
I have a feeling they don't have to do one but then why say they will. I think I'm just anxious as this pregnancy hasn't been the easiest and I think the risk assessment would reassure me. However I'm over 4 months pregnant so is it even worth pushing for one now?
