I’ve just done an enhanced dbs check and I’m worried. An ex partner of mine ( abusive ) called the police on me to get me out of his property ( which I was on my way anyway )a few months back. The police saw me outside , asked me what went on and asked him. The said no crime was committed and I was taken home. They actually called him a nuisance basically .

Are things like this disclosed ? Never had anything like this

No, it won't show up.

My exh had me hauled in for a fake assault charge. I did a taped interview though not under caution - still bloody awful!!
I passed enhanced dbs.

Police retain soft and hard data.

Only relevant soft data is released if it is appropriate to the position.

If the soft data on Ian Huntley had been released a decision on employing him or not would have been made.

If it is as you say they are unlikely to consider this an issue unless it forms part of repeat actions or linked to other soft data allegations.
