Help with work whilst pregnant

I feel like my boss is trying to find a way to dismiss me from my role as i am now 16 weeks pregnant and from the minute i have told them i am pregnant i feel like they are now finding excusses and saying im not doing my job to correct standards and with having a week off work last week, i have received an email today telling me they are now taking it down the disciplinary root because i havent improved in the 2 weeks before that. Am i just over thinking this or does it look like from the moment they have found out im pregnant they are finding reasons now to dismiss me. I also dont work enough hours with them for them to be paying my maternity pay, so it cant be that reason, they have also just taken 5 hours a week off me to accommodate their Clients requests. This all came to light the day after i let them know i was expecting?

We're just giving this thread a bump to get it back into Active Conversations, @Foodbaby123 - hopefully some Mumsnetters will be along soon with some advice and support.

Contact ACAS and write a timeline of events before and after your notification of pregnancy
