Hi there! Can any body tell me please how to start a career in a nursery. I've got my degree in English in my home country which is aquivalent to Uk bechelor . I don't have experience in childcare settings but I completed a childminding online course . So I'm just wondering what are the minimum qualifications needed to be a nurse in nursery.i had a look at internet and websites it's quite confusing .many thanks
