Occupational Therapy

I have a meeting today with occupational health and I feel sick thinking about it.

One of the main reasons is I am struggling with sleep anxiety. It's always before a shift. I work 3 days a week, the days I'm not in I sleep like a baby but any night before a shift I just don't sleep. I don't know what it is I am worried about. I hate my job so that might just be it. Plus I'm 5 months pregnant plus they are 12 hour shifts in a demanding department with not great staff.

For example just knowing I had this meeting today I went to bed last night at 9:45 and Iv been awake since 2am. That's a good night for me.

Iv already done all my house chores.

My mouth is covered in cold sores I am full of a cold my throat feels like I have swallowed 2 golf balls.

I have a 2 year old that has never slept through the night EVER she's been up since 5am which is her normal wake up time.

I'm sat in tears already dreading a day that hasn't started yet!

What can occupational health actually do?
