I started a new job in September last year and while it was initially good, after a few months the scales have fallen and a lot of issues within the team are becoming apparent. It’s a huge global company and a lot of transformation is required, but it’s so massive and entrenched in process that it’s very frustrating. The benefit is that they pay well, so everyone stays and just rides along. I have been looking around other posts on the market lately, but nobody pays as well. Has anyone any advice of trading job satisfaction vs pay? I feel like people will say I’m mad to leave.
