ET1 form

Hi does anyone know how long it takes for an ET1 form to arrive with an employer?

I know the employer has 28 days to reply but how long does it take to get the ET1 form?

I haven't heard anything yet to indicate they have received it although I suspect they will ask for an extension to the 28 days.

Can take any amount of time, depending on when the Tribunal gets round to sending it out and who you put down as the respondents. Can take time to make its way up the organisation to their lawyers if you didn’t direct to HR. They won’t be in touch at all with you for now - they file the response with the tribunal who accepts the response (can take 2-3 weeks for this to happen) and send it to you.
