Maternity pay after a career break in NHS

Just wondering if anyone has experience with this/whether I'd be entitled to maternity pay if I returned from a career break?

I went back to my NHS job after 9 months working elsewhere and found out I was pregnant, on mat leave currently and only entitled to maternity allowance from the government, 148 a week.
