I am waiting to hear back from a job interview (perm). But I’ve been speaking to a job agency and they want to put me forward for a temp job. Thing is I’ve already failed two interviews at this company, because I am not good at interviews. Should I bother saying yes to the agency? I’m desperate for work at this point .

Of course you say yes. You don't have a job, you need a job, therefore you take any and all opportunities to get a job - don't wait for the outcome of one before applying/interviewing for another.

The standard of interview is lower for a temp job and you may be offered a permanent job. Worth a go

You have nothing to lose by going for it? Plus the only way to improve at interviews is with practice so try to see it as an opportunity?
