Hi I'm new, first post, and need some advice. I have a demanding job in hospitality running catering events, I'm 14+6 and have informed my work early because of such events I run and cant physically work the long hours l, lift what i did and stand up for long periods as expected with this role, as im exhausted. I've not had a risk assessemnt yet and also going through a consultation process for new contracts, new roles or redundancy as my post is at risk so I've had to apply for my own job and am waiting to be either job matched in or made redundant. Quite a stressful time and got signed off work for a week for rest and destress. What's my next step when I speak to hr when I go back? What should my sick note say to protect me? Any advixe would be appreciated. Thanks
