Compensation and Notice Pay

I was dismissed from work as I could not do my job anymore and was offered compensation for this.
The Compensation I received said 'Compensation in Lieu of Notice.' I did not have to work my noice period ( off longterm sick)
I think I should of also received statutory Notice Pay of 12 weeks. I did not get this and no mention of it.
Be grateful if anyone can shed any light on this.

Pay in lieu of notice means getting paid instead of serving your notice period. It is notice pay, so you don’t get more notice pay on top.

Was the amount at least as much as statutory notice pay?

Was the dismissal fair legally?

You got payment in lieu of notice, what does your contract and agreement say?

Best to call ACAS
