Informing your company

I work for a small company, and have just found out I'm pregnant. Currently waiting for my first scan. Problem is 2 people have left my company and we are in the process of interviewing for these positions. Should I tell me company now I'm pregnant before they interview the wrong people as they are now looking for part time? My company aren't the easiest with the best of things.

Thanks

Up to you but you don't legally have to tell them yet

You need to think of your own situation first, look after yourself. It isn't necessary for you to sacrifice your own legal rights. They will have to recruit someone to cover your mat leave when you choose to announce your circumstances. That's their problem!

You don't legally have to tell them you're pg until 15 weeks before your due date.
