Is it passive aggressive behaviour for a manager to do these things:
- Keeps including HR and manager into the emails of only two colleagues (even if the email is to request annual leave or an antenatal appointment.
I've asked why she feels she needs to do this and she does not reply.
- She will put in the email 'Hi there' instead of using staff's names.
- She gives xmas cards/birthdays cards to certain staff and not others
- I requested annual leave and I heard her whispering to another staff to book it before me as I had also requested it.
- She rolls her eyes at/gives silent treatment to some staff and not others.
- She will tell some staff to put any issues they have in writting yet go out of her way to help other staff members with any issues they have.
What is the best way to deal with these issues?
