Lumbar Chair Support

Does anyone have any recommendations for a lumbar support for their chair at work? My lower back ache has started to kick in and need to get one ordered as I have a couple of months left . TIA

The Herman Miller Aeron is very good. It's supportive of the lumbar region and very adjustable.

It is a bit pricey though!

Try and find a company that allows you to try a new chair for a couple of weeks before you commit to buying the it.
