HR software for SME

Can you recommend software for all aspects of HR for an SME? (19 employees).

Looking for:
User friendly interface
Cheap!

Secure electronic storage of HR documents
Annual leave approval system
Monitoring of any other absences
Etc

Hi @roisin I don't have any specific recommendation or experience of HR for a company your size, although Sage are a good company for accounting software and also do an HR system, so might be worth checking them out.

What I wanted to say is if you go for a cloud solution which is widely used nowadays, you need to be careful if the servers are US based, because their data privacy laws are nowhere near as stringent as GDPR, and you'll be storing people related data on there. Just a thought...

If you go for on-prem licensing and data storage, then you don't have that challenge.
