Constantly being paid late

Am so pissed off with the company I work for.
Always being paid late-contract says last Friday of the month but no pay as yet.
How is it ok to do this to employees on a regular basis?
Time to move on I think.

It's not ok at all. It's disrespectful to the staff.

It's often a sign of cash flow issues within the business.

Either way, it's time to get out of there!
