Wondering if somebody can offer some advice!
I had my last SMP payment today. I've also already handed in my notice in so I haven't been employed by the employer since 12th October which is also when the SMP finished. I was expecting the SMP payment to be less than usual because it finished 12 days into the month. But I was expecting to have any holidays I accrued this year paid out today as well, but they haven't been.
Is this normal? Has anyone had accrued holidays paid separately to SMP payments?
My old employer has asked for my new address to forward paperwork, probably the p45. But if this has already been generated, does that mean he's left off the holidays?
They were not completely up to date on a few things thoughout my pregnancy, so just worried this another I'll have to get in touch about!
Any help appreciated if anyone has been through something similar!
