Recruitment agency. GIVE THEM A BAD REVIEW?

Hi all, pls what can I do about this:
I graduated in July and looking for work so I went to this well known (nationally) agency to register. I was told they have a position that they want me to be interviewed for right after my registration (I was happy). But was told the HR person for the company was not available on that day but that they would call me once they are able to secure an appointment for the interview.

The next day, I got a call asking if I could start the week after as the company as decided to take me on based on my CV only without an interview. I was happy and I told them yes I would be willing to start on Monday but that I needed to see full job details etc which she promised she will email to me immediately.

I waited and the email didn't come through so I called the office later that day to ask for her but was not available etc the next day, no email and I called several times but couldn't speak to her. They always say she is in a meeting or out of the office or on the phone and I always leave a message.

In the end, I sent the lady an email. it's been over a week now, no email or calls back or response to the email I.sent the lady

I know the job is gone to someone else but I feel angry and disrespected that they didn't have the decency to call back or reply to my email saying the job is gone or they can't give me the job etc. Makes me feel like a 2nd class or low-class citizen.

NOTE I am not angry or disappointed I didn't get the job but just angry at their total lack of respect- totally refusing to respond to my call or email.

I want to make my point known to them. How can I go about this? Call them? Email? Go to their office? Put up a bad comment (and review) about them online Because no one should be treated like this. Or am I overreacting?

It’s poor form by then, but don’t email/call and certainly don’t post a bad review. Job hunting is hard. You are going to have to grow a thicker skin - unfortunately your story is not uncommon. Sign up with more agencies. Get on LinkedIn. Apply for graduate jobs.

The way you were treated is appalling, I would definitely be leaving a bad review.
